Certified Trainers who have attended a previous MTI Workplace Trainer Program. Both active and inactive members of the global network are eligible to refresh.
Training Conducted by an MTI Certified Trainer
Individuals who have previously attended a presentation of the Workplace Conflict Resolution program (all three modules) conducted by an MTI Certified Trainer are also eligible. Documented proof of attendance, such as a Certificate of Attendance, is required.
