Leigh Ann Roberts is an attorney, mediator, arbitrator, trainer and consultant at the Brentwood, Tennessee firm of Papa & Roberts, PLLC located near Nashville. A founding member of her firm, Leigh Ann is a provider of quality business, community and workplace mediation as well as mediation training services. Leigh Ann is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Certified Civil Mediator with years of experience practicing law in both the public and private sectors. Leigh Ann served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Tennessee Attorney General and, prior to representing the State of Tennessee, was in private practice representing numerous large commercial corporations and insurance companies. With years of experience in litigation, complex business and state and federal governmental negotiations, Leigh Ann brings a strong foundation and knowledge of the legal process and business world to her mediation services and mediation training.

Leigh Ann has diverse workplace experience and training and brings this expansive perspective to her mediation trainings and services. At stated above, Leigh Ann has served as a governmental employee and representative and has a vast working knowledge of the complexity of state and federal governmental agencies as well as nonprofit organizations. As a small business owner and business advisor to numerous small and medium sized companies, Leigh Ann understands the needs of business people and businesses. In addition to representing and working within larger corporations and companies, Leigh Ann also has managerial experience and brings that sensitivity and experience to her workplace mediation services and her training of workplace mediation and conflict resolution skills.

Roberts is a licensed attorney in both Mississippi and Tennessee and mediates disputes across the Southeast. Listed with the Tennessee Supreme Court as a Rule 31 Civil Mediator, Roberts is a charter member of the Tennessee Academy of Mediators and Arbitrators, an active member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, former President of the Tennessee Association for Professional Mediators, and past Chair of the Nashville Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. Roberts is a seasoned arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association, Construction Dispute Resolutions, Inc., the Better Business Bureau and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Leigh Ann is a frequent lecturer on the topic of conflict in the workplace and mediation and has trained individuals and organization leaders across the Southeast region in conflict management skills. Leigh Ann is also Professor of Mediation at Belmont University’s Graduate School of Business in Nashville, Tennessee.
