Ray Rusin

Ray has over 33 years of experience working for public and private non-profit businesses and human service organizations, including 18 years in regulatory oversight and enforcement of state licensure and federal certification requirements for health facilities and community health programs in New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

Ray has been a presenter and certified trainer in workforce communication and conflict mediation since 1986, conducting conflict resolution and management workshops and seminars for the Mediation Training Institute at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. Ray is also an accomplished meeting facilitator and nationally recognized speaker. He presents on individualized resident (patient)-centered care and the regulatory imperative to improve the care and services for all populations. He represents Rhode Island’s initiatives on the elderly and speaks at a variety of national events.

Ray is currently an independent workplace communication and conflict management consultant for Quality Training Associates of Rhode Island, LLC.
